About Us

Education is our basic need. Right to education is our constitutional right. We live in an age of knowledge explosion. We have reached this pinnacle as a result of and deliberated process. The immediate question that props up is about the aim of education. Opinions vary. But what Dr. zakir hussain, our third president and a great educationist told is very apt- “Education is helping the mind of the educand to realize the absolute moral and intellectual values. “ This can be further supported by what great philosopher Lock said : “Education should be practical, purposive, meaningful and enjoyable.”

The first school for a child is the home: the second is the society and the third is the educational Centre where his inborn potentialities are nurtured. This is ‘School’ here we send our children. School has a wider role not only in developing and shaping a child but in socializing and fostering a senses of obligation to the community. We are at the threshold of a new heights in technological advancements. But our real survival hinges on the thinking and upbringing of children, more than ever before. The type of education determines the type of culture and character of our children in future.

There are number of schools in our state. Many more will come into existence in future to fulfil the needs of the growing generation. Millennium Public School (MPS), Hazaribag is emerging with a specific purpose; moral orientation and high ambition of educating children .it has been launched in a new building in a spacious campus with natural surroundings, able teachers, careful management and CBSE curriculum.

MPS is not a commercial venture at all. It has been planned to impart quality education with moral orientation to up bring a generation of responsible citizens having strong character and fear of God in their hearts. They will be the trustworthy torch-bearers of the future.

Our motto is to provide quality education including development of sound mind a robust phisique with strong moral values students gets benefitted by the value based education. integratoin of academic education with practical aspect of life in order to enable the students understands and prosper in their lives in our perpuse.

Our aim is not just to create another face in the crowd but to nurture each student in to developing a personality which has the resolve to do the nation proud. Love, tolerance, brotherhood, humanity, patriotism, sensitivity to the environment, nationalism, courage to bear the life’s contingencies and to take up cudgels on behalf of the under privileged are the hallmark of our student.

Curricuclum

The school has classes from I to class VIII. It is an outstanding Co-Education English medium School, Follows C.B.S.E. curriculum and the syllabus prescribed by N.C.E.R.T. upto VIII.

Physical Education and computer education are considered an integral part of space education of the boys and girs apart from this drawing, dance & Songs are taught as extra activities to sharp their talents.
